REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Thank you for purchasing from GeoSetup (geosetup.store).

1. NO REFUNDS (ALL SALES ARE FINAL)
Due to the immediate digital delivery and irreversible nature of downloadable intellectual property (including e-books, prompt vaults, Notion/Excel spreadsheets, code scripts, and digital guides), all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once your purchase is completed and the digital download link or access key is generated and delivered to you, you immediately gain access to the full digital assets. Consequently, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or charge cancellations under any circumstances.

2. PRODUCT QUALITY & CORRUPTED FILES
If you experience technical issues downloading the files or if you receive a damaged/corrupted file archive, please contact our support team immediately at support@geosetup.store (or through our contact page). 

We will verify your order and re-issue a working download link or replacement file within 24–48 business hours.

3. DUPLICATE PURCHASES
In the rare event that you accidentally purchased the same digital product more than once due to a payment gateway error, please reach out to support@geosetup.store with both transaction IDs. Upon verification, we will promptly refund the duplicate transaction.

4. ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY
By completing your purchase and clicking the checkout/payment button on geosetup.store, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy and waive any statutory right of withdrawal/cancellation that might otherwise apply once digital content delivery has commenced.
